Process Flow of PVC Injection Toys

Sa mga nagbabalak na magpagawa ng action figure ni Combatron, nagtanong tanong na ako sa mga supplier sa China kung magkano magpagawa ng isang customized action figure. May minimum order sila sa pag gawa ng action figure. Ang mold cost lamang ay umaabot ng $4,200. Ibig sabihin kung oorder ng 100 piraso nito, pumapatak na tig $42 ang isa. Ang mahal diba? Pero kung sa 1000 piraso pumapatak lamang ito ng $4.20. nag tanong din ako kung maaring gumawa sila ng prototype lamang (isang piraso) at nagkakahalaga ito ng $1,500.

    Hello. I just stumbled upon you blog. One of the original looking Filipino comics i've seen. I use to read comics alot when i was 9 but only funny comics (that i can afford at that time). I'd like to ask if you found locally suppliers to generate toy merchandising for your characters. As i'm also considering getting a real plastic version of my works. Thanks in advance :)
